Job Descriptions
Job Purpose
1. Drive sales growth in La Comida charcuterie product category across all sales channels - own retail shops, modern trade, food services
2. Oversee own retail shop operations (Shop manager as a direct report) to ensure good customer experience and shop performance
3. Act as main point of contact with internal and external parties regarding La Comida brand/ shop and charcuterie product category
Job Details
1. Manage retail shop operations and continuously improve to ensure good customer experience and shop performance
2. Manage product inventory level and coordinate with suppliers to balance availability and waste
3. Drive sales with Food Service sales team, brand manager, external parties to expand sales channels & awareness
4. Monitor and track performance and report to management

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or Higher in Business, Economics, Finance or other related fields- At least 5 years in operations, sales or business development from food or FMCG industry
- Basic knowledge of financial analysis, Food and retail business, Cold cut/ meat/ charcuterie product
- Good communication skill in both Thai and English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good problem solving skill with can-do attitude
- Good proficiency of project management skills, with ability to plan and coordinate cross-functionally
