Job Descriptions
• Release sales invoice in SAP system. • Maintaining accounts receivable and records in SAP system. • Coordinate with other functions to ensure billings are issued timely and collections are received promptly. • Monitor customer account details for delayed payments and other irregularities. • Generate statements and reports detail accounts receivable status. • Prepare monthly sales report and performing account reconciliations. • Prepare output VAT report and reconciliation. • Prepare AR aging report and TEL report. • Assist with month-end closing. • Other assignment assigned by the Accounting Manager.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  2. At least 3 years experience in Accounting or Finance.
  3. Good command in English both written and communication.
  4. Able to work under pressure, good relationship.
  5. High responsibilities and working ability to meet the deadline and positive thinking
  6. Good skills in MS office and Computer literate and familiar with SAP Software.
