Job Descriptions
Overview : To support sales growth and expand the customer base by planning and executing effective sales and marketing activities, while building strong customer relationships. The focus is on enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving sustainable growth. 1. Sales and Marketing Planning -Develop strategies and marketing activities to increase sales and expand the customer base. -Collaborate to create and adjust marketing strategies to align with target audiences and company direction. 2. Sales Management -Monitor and track sales to ensure alignment with set targets. -Engage and meet with both new and existing clients to build strong relationships and enhance sales opportunities. -Close sales deals and provide post-sale services to ensure customer satisfaction and positive experiences. 3. Market Analysis and Reporting -Gather and analyze market and competitor data to improve marketing strategies. -Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and performance summaries for management.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Polymer, or a related field.
  2. 1 - 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  3. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  4. Creative thinking with strong analytical abilities.
  5. Ability to understand technical aspects of testing and research services and communicate them effectively to clients.
  6. Goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to tracking and achieving sales targets.
