Job Descriptions
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue, customer base and achieve or exceed sales goals. - Oversee the development and execution of sales campaigns, promotions and initiatives. - Performance must reach or exceed the KPI. - Build relationships with customers and understand their needs. - Develop sales strategies to build customer loyalty and retention. - Present and demonstrate property products and services. - Negotiate and close sales. - Provide an excellent customer service. - Track and respond to customer feedback and sales trends. - Keep up to date on the latest competitors' campaigns and products. - Able to coordinate with various property agencies.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  2. 1-3 years of experience in property sales preferred.
  3. Strong understanding of property products and services.
  4. Strong command of English. Knowing Russian/Chinese would be an advantage.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently as part of a team.
  7. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
