Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities
1. Overseas import-export logistics processes, including customs clearance and related documentation.
2. Coordinate with stakeholders such as shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
3. Plan and manage transportation schedules to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
4. Review and process trade documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve logistics-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in import-export or logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures, international shipping terms (Incoterms), and trade compliance.
- Proficiency in English and Thai
- Familiarity with logistics softwares and tools such as ERP or WMS systems.
