Job Descriptions
• Responsible for export sales • Manage overall export work functions • Develop and maintain new and existing accounts, and identify additional potential prospects • Research and analyze market trends, competition activity and customer behavior to create sales plan and marketing plan which will create sustainable growth in markets • Analyze and create report on the chosen export markets while also prepare business plan to develop new sales opportunities • Implement sales and marketing plans to meet customer requirements and reach sales targets in chosen export markets • Effectively manage a sales and marketing budget to achieve targeted sales and further • Work closely with domestic teams to develop suitable marketing material for international customers • Anticipate & resolve execution problems • Attend Food & Beverage exhibitions assigned for both domestic and overseas • Provide and update reports to Management as required • Act as a representative of the company and represent the company’s interests at all times
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Administration, Marketing, Economics, Sales or related field.
  2. Minimum 2-years of sales experience, directly supporting or directly selling
  3. Experience working in Food and Beverage will be special considered.
  4. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  5. The ability to work multitask and prioritize workload.
  6. Excellent prioritization, time management and problem-solving skills
  7. Ability to present and facilitate a briefing/session
  8. Ability to drive results by developing internal team relationships and external client relationships
  9. Professional written and oral communication skills with the ability to be persuasive and influential
  10. Good negotiation, presentation and decision-making skills.
  11. Conceptually and mathematically able to compute and understand profit margins
