Job DescriptionsSupport for Business Development, Sales, and Customer Relations:
• Build a database of potential customers and identify market expansion opportunities.

• Assist in implementing business development projects as assigned.
• Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing and other departments, to achieve
project goals.
• Help prepare project progress reports and outcomes.
• Assist in preparing business reports and presenting information to the
management team
Support for Projects and Other Special Tasks:
• Assist in executing company projects, such as system development support, data
preparation, event organization, or other corporate activities.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful completion of assigned tasks.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments and external parties as necessary.
• Prepare documents, maintain files, and compile necessary data for the company's
operations.
• Handle daily administrative tasks, such as responding to emails, answering phone
calls, and assisting with meeting arrangements.
• Prepare receipts, invoices, and reimbursement requests, and assist with basic
financial data verification as assigned.
