Job Descriptions

Key Responsibilities: •Develop, implement, and maintain effective planning and forecasting processes to meet organizational objectives. •Oversee and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock is maintained to meet demand without overstocking. •Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Supply Chain teams to accurately forecast demand and adjust plans as necessary. •Lead, manage, and develop the planning team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. •Analyze market trends and historical data to anticipate customer demand and adjust planning strategies accordingly. •Prepare and present reports on planning activities, performance metrics, and forecast accuracy to senior management. •Work closely with procurement to ensure material availability aligns with production schedules and project timelines. •Identify and implement improvements in planning processes and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus
A minimum of 5 years of experience in planning, forecasting, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable plans
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams
Proficient in planning software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different departments and levels of the organization
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
