•Enhance member experience by managing the preventive maintenance, repair, and construction projects of all equipment and building service installations to ensure that they are in excellent condition and working order.
• Optimize budget and cost through delivering an effective & quality job.
• Support and facilitate great teamwork in the Property department.
Job Responsibilities
• Overall manage construction projects, facilities repair, and maintenance of all equipment, installations, and decor using the Job Request system as quickly as possible and ensure that facilities are in excellent working condition.
• Manage team to do daily, weekly, and monthly schedules of all preventative and routine maintenance within pre-approved budgets.
• Regularly audit the club equipment, installation, decor, and maintenance systems in the fitness club to ensure that all facilities are provided to the customers.
• Identify, recruit, and train team members who will contribute to the future growth of the company.
• Work as a business partner with the club managers and other departments to manage or rectify all member complaints relating to the property department before they escalate to the director level or legal liability.
• Coach and monitor the Project Manager.
• Handle the requirements of people, financial, and operational management.
