Job Descriptions
Responsibilities • Generating new business (acquire new customers) and achieve the assigned revenue target • Maintain strong pipelines through creating sales opportunities • Develop business strategies for designated accounts • Build strategic customer relationships to understand customers’ pain points and requirements and design the right solutions • Understand competitor landscapes and their strategies Job Activity • Platform presentation • Quotation/proposal development • Negotiation for deal closure • Legal contract review (first draft) • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver the value to customers • Maintain collaborative relation with customers and look for new opportunities
Qualifications
  1. Hunter – must be skilled in the development and closure of new sales opportunities
  2. Be very proactive in responding to customers’ requirements
  3. Having a good record of sales target achievement
  4. Solid solution selling skills and sales forecasting abilities
  5. 1+ years in enterprise software sales with understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  6. CRM sales experience is a plus
  7. Graduated in Business or else
  8. High discipline
  9. Life-long learner
