【Work from Anywhere/Office flexi-hour Opportunity - Bangkok Residents and Thai Nationals living near Silom 】 Regional customer fulfilment role with business development and technology project exposure. We are looking for a Thai National with good command in English to join our team as the Regional Fulfilment Manager/ Senior Manager. This is a self-driven outcome oriented role - and flexible working arrangement to work from home/anywhere or at Silom Edge office and a long term role in the company under flexi working arrangements. Suitable candidates should be professionals with strong work ethics and integrity to meet compliance and audits in Pharmaceutical and Medical services industry. Work Scope - Compliant with legal requirements Fulfilment of all clients globally - Responsible for professional packing and delivery to our clients DAILY through courier partners (ie thaipost) (Average number of parcels sent a day 5-10) - Ensuring manpower resources and business continuity during absence from work - Personal delivery for clients visiting BKK - Customer service and order management English from Singapore, Korea, Hong Kong - along with other customer service officer managing other countries - Book-keeping and tracking of records of all orders and delivery, and monitoring of deliveries to ensure issues are rectified with clients via Logistics and Accounting System - Source vendors/supporting staff to deliver the required outcomes within budget - Support company general business activities - Manage government related documentations/submissions/liaison - Office setup and operations and management of local business partners - Expected to work in office daily for first month as much as possible as onboarding - Able to work on New year and Songkran period or arrange for dedicated cover during those periods Pay: From ฿40,000.00 per month + Monthly allowances + incentives (pay by workload) Flexi work hours: No more than 32 hours (or 4 days combined a week)
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree
  2. Experience in Inventory and Logistics Systems a Plus
  3. Experience in Accounting/CRM Platforms a plus
  4. Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
  5. Familiar with Pharmaceuticals industry advantageous
  6. Good command of English
