Job Descriptions

Responsibilities -Devise property strategy, budget, and operating plan. -Monitor, forecast, and drive property performance -Identify and analyze new opportunities for growth – and managing new initiatives to enhance property returns -Monitor and review property manager including key KPI: Advise leasing team and marketing team on key strategy and action, Advise facility management team, Conduct site surveys and ensure property quality -Benchmark with peers and gaining market insights -Report for management and/or Asset Management Committee (“AMC”)

Qualifications

3 - 10 years of experience in real estate business, finance, asset management, business development or feasibility study
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields
Strong quantitative / qualitative analytical skills, with ability to see both macro and micro
Strong leadership skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of accounting practices
