Job Descriptions
- Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies - Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures - Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste - Supervise and train warehouse staff, promoting a culture of safety and efficiency - Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure the warehouse meets health and safety standards - Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency - Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies - Prepare and manage warehouse budgets, including cost control and resource allocation
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience in Warehouse Management, with a minimum of 5 years as a Warehouse Manager or in a comparable role within the Home Appliances manufacturing industry
  3. Strong knowledge of warehouse management best practices and food safety regulations
  4. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  5. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software
  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
