Job Descriptions
1.Supervise and coordinate the assembly team to ensure efficient and timely production. 2.Train and mentor assemblers on assembly processes, quality standards, and safety procedures. 3.Monitor work performance and provide feedback to team members. 4.Conduct quality control inspections on assembled products to ensure compliance with specifications. 5.Maintain accurate production records and reports. 6.Collaborate with other departments to address production issues and optimise workflow. 7.Ensure a clean, safe, and organised work environment. 8.Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  1. High school certificate or equivalent; a qualification in a related field is preferred.
  2. Previous experience in assembly and supervisory roles is required.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
  6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  7. Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  8. Monday - Saturday, 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM, with overtime from 04:20 PM - 06:20 PM.
