- Talent Acquisition: Spearheading recruitment efforts to attract top talent and build a high-performing team. - Employee Development: Designing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance skills and foster career growth. - Payroll and Benefits: Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and administering competitive benefits packages. - Compliance and Risk Management: Staying abreast of labor laws and regulations to maintain compliance and mitigate risks. - Employee Relations: Cultivating positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and performance management. - Social Responsibility: Leading social audits and promoting ethical labor practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, including 2-3 years in a managerial role. (Manufacturing filed)
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Thai.
Working on Monday to Saturday.
