Job Descriptions•Support sales team for administrative works and coordinate among departments in all branches depends case by case such as Customer Service, Logistic, Operation, Visa & Immigration, Provision and others depends on service inquiry
•Responsible for document processing such as quotations, ITB document, qualification questionnaire and etc.
•Update the quotation status in contract register
•Create the project summary once project awarded
•Organizing conference requirements
•Create PR/IOU in our ERP system
•Document & data submission to Accounting & Finance team once quotation is accepted/signed
•Support to create the PowerPoint, presentation if any.
•Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
- Experience in the oil & gas industry will be an advantage.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing support
- Note, MS office, PowerPoint, MS project management
- Good command in English
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
