Job Descriptions

- Plan the demand for raw materials and packaging and notify production orders according to the demand received from the sales department each month. - Calculate purchases of raw materials and packaging and send them to the purchasing department and follow up on the delivery of raw materials and packaging to suppliers together with the purchasing department - Check the amount of raw materials and packaging remaining and number of uses Compare with the existing demand plan to have enough to meet demand and not exceed storage capacity. - Summary list of finished products, raw materials, and packaging that will be discontinued. or cancel the use and send it to the supervisor for consideration To notify the sales department for further action. - manage resources in production department to achieve company goals. - maintain quality level,address and rectify any quantity issues in production Processes. - ensure the efficient and performance of production processes meet the targets. - ensure that production system complies with GMP,HACCP,HALAL systems. - lead and collaborate the production team,Sales team,RD,QC team working with other section within a team environment. - ensure that all production employees comply with company regulations and labor laws. - educate employee regarding working instructions, skill improvement and other necessary knowledge. - implement measures and enchance workplace safety. - implement cost saving project within production and other sections within a team environment. - ensure that all resources are prepared for medium and long term objectives

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree of Science (Food Technolog), Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related discipline
Experience in preparing the production plan (production capacity, lead time, man-hours, etc.)
5 years of professional experience in manufacturing preferably in Leading/Implementing process improvement initiatives.
Continuous Improvement competencies including: TPM, TQM, Lean Manufacturing
Experience in Operations Management as a team leader
Strong Analytical & Systems Skill
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Project Management Skills
Strong Leadership, logical thinking and Influencing Skills
Understanding of Continuous Improvement Process.
