Job Descriptions
Working Hours: Monday - Friday / Working Shift Schedule (Saturdays as company calendar) / 8.30 - 17.30 Responsibilities : - Network Infrastructure Monitoring and Support 24*7 shift rotation (Work 5 off 2) - Configuration maintain various network and security devices (e.g Cisco Palo-alto VPN QOS Dynamic Routing) - Network troubleshooting and fault analysis by remote access based. - Trouble ticket update info and response, Communicate with carrier / Vendor in hand (Case by case) - Deployment and maintenance of network monitoring, analysis tools Welfare: - Training & Development working skill - Health Insurance - Dental Treatment - Accident Insurance - Marriage Welfare, Funeral Welfare, Newborn Welfare - Customer site at upcountry allowance 100 baht. /day - Shift allowance (*after probation: 50 baht/day for the day shift, 150 baht/day for the night shift) - Yearly Health Check Up
Qualifications
  1. Experience 1-3 years
  2. Have familiar with enterprise network and service monitoring tool
  3. Be familiar with Cisco products.
  4. Be familiar with Load Balancer equipment
  5. Be familiar with a Firewall appliance
  6. Be familiar with support operation
  7. Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching
