Job Descriptions
- สรรหาและคัดกรองผู้สมัครงานให้สอดคล้องกับแผนอัตรากำลังคน
- ประกาศรับสมัครงานตาม JobThai และช่องทางต่างๆ
- นัดหมายการสัมภาษณ์งาน สัมภาษณ์ และคัดเลือกบุคลากรที่เหมาะสม ให้
ตรงตาม Requirement
- สรุปรายงานการสรรหาประจำวัน
- หน้าที่อื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Responsibilities:
- The goal is to hire individuals who have the appropriate
expertise, Abilities, and qualifications to suit the
company's specific needs.
- Recruit and select employees according to KPIs and meet
the needs of the company
- Follow working according to recruitment flowchart.
- Interview and screen job applicants.
- Report information related to recruitment, hiring, and
job interview schedules.
- Schedule a job interview.
- and other duties assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related fields.
- Expertise in Microsoft Offices.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Flexible and adaptable skills.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- At least 3 years of experience in a recruitment position.
