Job Descriptions

•Technical support in selling acoustics both domestically and abroad •Coordinate and participate in the design of acoustic products closely with R&D Department and Product Designer Manager. •Work with a highly skilled acoustic design team to identify and correct potential scheduling errors and product quality risks. •Coordinate and work with the company's digital marketing team. to bring acoustic products to be widely known, not only in Thailand •Coordinate and work with the Head of Acoustic and the international sales team. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree of Acoustic Engineer, Sound Engineer or Business or related fields
A minimum of 3-5 years experience as a technical and product manager of the construction building materials market at the management level.
Presentation and Communication skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing effective solutions to customer issues
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in order processing and documentation.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing time and resources efficiently.
Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships.
