Job Descriptions
1.Plan and follow up schedule new product. 2.Summary report and status to customer. 3.Manage and control the work of the engineering department. To be in accordance with the policies and goals set by the company. 4.Supervise, control and participate in determining the operational guidelines of the agency. To be in accordance with the standard system Quality system and various requirement of the company and customers. 5. Manage and supervise employees to comply with company regulations. 6. Coordinate between agencies and other agencies to achieve common goals. 7. Other task assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Experience 3 years of engineering manager of production.
  2. Bachelor's degree or higher Engineering Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Machatronic.
  3. Experience about product development 5 years or more.
  4. Have skill in managenemt, analysis, problem solving and decision making.
  5. Have leadership and skills in managing and developing teams.
  6. Have the ability to plan, follow up on work, and make decisions systematically.
  7. Have a positive attitude towards work and good human relations with co-workers.
  8. Able to communicate in English well.
  9. Work Monday - Saturday & Work According To the Company Calendar
