Job Descriptions
1. Welcoming guests as they arrive and checking them into their rooms. 2. Answering phone calls and responding to guest inquiries. 3. Handling guest complaints and resolving issues promptly and professionally. 4. Processing payments and maintaining accurate guest records. 5. Assisting guests with luggage and other requests. 6. Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and functioning properly. 7. Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area. 8. Providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and restaurants. 9. Upselling hotel services and amenities to guests. 10. Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Qualifications
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  5. Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  6. Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry preferred.
  7. Knowledge of reservation and front desk systems.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Attention to detail.
  10. Thai & English speaking is preferred.
