Job Descriptions
1)เก็บรวบรวม ใบเสร็จจาก AR ลงในรายงานลูกค้าให้เป็นปัจจุบัน 2)กระทบยอดใบเสร็จรับเงินกับ AR ทุกเดือน 3)เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลการจ่ายเงิน จากทะเบียน PV ที่แผนกบัญชีได้ทำเบิกจ่ายให้กับผู้รับเหมาและค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ ลงในตาราง Cost Control เพื่อเตรียมข้อมูลให้หัวหน้าแผนก 4)รับใบวางบิลจากแผนกจัดซื้อตัดรับของในระบบ Mango ก่อนส่งให้บัญชีจ่าย AP และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของการรับของหน้างาน 5)จัดเตรียมเอกสารต่างๆ หากมีการทำธุรกรรมกับธนาคารหรือบุคคลภายนอกตามคำสั่งหัวหน้าแผนก 6)จัดเตรียมเอกสารรายงานทางบุญชี เพื่อช่วยเหลือในการจัดทำงบการเงิน 7)จัดทำ Balance Sheet 8)ปฎิบัติและรับมอบหมายงานอื่นๆตามที่หัวหน้างานมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศ ชาย หรือ หญิง
  2. อายุ 22 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส-ปริญญาตรี
  4. มีความรู้ด้านบัญชี
  5. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และสามรถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
  6. สามารถใช้ Microsoft office ได้
