Job Descriptions
Seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service in a welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: •Develop monthly and weekly operational plans for the restaurant department and organize implementation. •Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. •Supervise the implementation of promotional and incentive programs of the restaurant. •Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service. •Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. •Help develop and implement policies and procedures that improve the efficiency of the restaurant. •Address customer complaints and feedback professionally and promptly. •Participate in scheduling staff and managing labor costs. •Support financial management by monitoring budgets, labor costs, and restaurant performance metrics. •Perform tasks related to managing assets and equipment of the restaurant.
Qualifications
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
  2. Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or food service environment.
  3. Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  7. Good English communication
  8. Thai nationality
