Job DescriptionsDuties and Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization
- Provide and conduct the financial strategic planning of the company by evaluating its performance and potential risks.
- Plan, coordinate and direct the financial functions including financial controls, cost & general accounting, invoice processing and collection activities
- Manage and analysis financial performance and accounting functions on the month-end or year-end accounting close and reporting package submissions
- Conduct proper control and annual physical such for inventory, fixed assets, etc
- Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization
- Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast
- Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Strategize on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions
- Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization
- Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports
- Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments
- Act as an advisor to top executives, helping them make financial decisions
- Ensure legal requirements are met in regards to financial details
- Continue education and stay up-to-date on topics, tax laws, and regulations that are specific to the organization or industry
- Ensure the development, prepare and implement accounting procedures and databases to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of finance and operations
- Reduce costs and discover ways to bring in more money
