Job Descriptions
1Perfrom all FQC Control base procedure 2Weekly summary report forFQC overall %LAR and Update to QA manager acknowledge 3Issued quality alert and hilight for internal problem and external problem 4Control and monitoring to 5S, Safety of the conpany rules , inspection area, equipment as IQC Room 5Create and following format, work instruction,Procedure and Quality manual for QMS,EHS & OHSAS system 6Authorize the releasse of conforming parts for the next process after Head department approval 7Quality assurance and controlling any other jobs as assigned by the head section or up 8Control of record FQC DATA ,Material certificate from supplier 9Summary internal problem and supplier when non-conformance taken and report to QA Engineer 10Proform a man power planning and attendance summary report and report to QA Manager 11To responding to quality trainer for new vo with OJT training cause and visual inspection critiria 12Skill matrix evaluation and continual re-performance to all FQC Staff 13Support to QA Engineer & NPD Engineer for New porduct summit process Ex:APQP,FMEA,MSA,SPC&PPAP packages 14Acknowledge to basic of QC 7 Tool & AQL Sampling Method 15Internal audit/Auditee for QMS,EHS & OHSAS management System 16Supplier Quality Engineer Jobs and responding to yearly audit summary report,audit follow up report for QA Manager acknowledge 17Control of record Cleanliness DATA in process Lab test from supplier
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree in Engineering field or related
  2. 25 years and above
  3. Experience 5 Years minimun
  4. Basic equipment, Drawing requipment ,Calibration exeriences,Computer,ISO System Visual inspection by 3x,10x magnifier,microscopes
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  6. Have leadership skills,5S
