We’re seeking a talented Digital Customer Service Supervisor to spearhead our team and elevate the customer experience for our e-commerce enabler clients. In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for leading, coaching, and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service while optimizing processes for maximum efficiency. Key Responsibilities - Monitor service delivery and implement quality control measures. - Regularly review and improve service standards. - Maintain consistently high levels of service quality. - Achieve positive customer feedback and loyalty. - Provide day-to-day leadership for the customer service team. - Foster a positive and growth-oriented work environment. - Develop and implement training programs on customer service best practices. - Build a high-performing, motivated team with enhanced skills and knowledge. - Increase employee satisfaction and retention rates. - Analyze and streamline customer service workflows. - Enhance operational efficiency and reduce resolution times. - Improve overall customer experiences. - Leverage deep knowledge of e-commerce operations to resolve inquiries. - Support team members in understanding platform functionalities and processes. - Achieve swift and accurate resolution of customer issues. - Enhance team competence in handling e-commerce-related queries.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 5+ years in a customer service leadership role with a proven track record of success in an e-commerce setting.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  3. In-depth knowledge of e-commerce operations and common customer challenges.
  4. Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance optimization.
  5. Proficiency in both Thai (TH) and English (EN) is essential.
