Job Descriptions
Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. The Interior Designer will design and implement innovative and functional spaces that meet our client's needs and aesthetic preferences. The successful candidate will have excellent design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and other members of the design team. Responsibilities: - Work with clients to determine their design preferences, requirements, and budget. - Develop design concepts and plans that meet clients' needs and expectations. - Create 2D and 3D designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software. - Develop high-quality 3D models, renderings, and animations using industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, and V-Ray - Choose materials, furnishings, lighting, and other elements to enhance the space's aesthetics and functionality. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design plans are executed correctly. - Provide cost estimates and project timelines. - Oversee construction and installation of designs to ensure they meet design specifications. - Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies. - Maintained project files and documentation.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in interior design, preferably in commercial or residential projects.
  3. Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
  4. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
  5. Strong attention to detail and ability to create accurate project plans and budgets.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  7. Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling and rendering software, such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, and V-Ray
