Job Descriptions

- Plan, design, and install network systems to ensure optimal security and efficiency. - Maintain and monitor network systems periodically to ensure high performance and reliability. - Manage internet connectivity, bandwidth allocation, and access configurations to meet organizational needs. - Install and manage firewall systems, data encryption, and access permissions to prevent unauthorized access or cyberattacks. - Document network architecture, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures for team reference and future updates. - Provide user support for basic hardware and software issues, such as troubleshooting laptop usage, checking Windows functionality, and installing programs or operating systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in Network or IT-related roles.
Strong knowledge of networking, protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP), OSI Model functionality, as well as configuration of routers, switches, firewalls, and general network management.
Experience with network devices such as Cisco, Juniper, HP, or similar.
Basic skills in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in both Thai and English communication skills. (Must)
