Job Descriptions

• Prepare the budget and rolling forecast for the assigned projects. • Improve the forecasting processes with the objective of accurate forecasting. • Provide reports / information as request and perform cost control and monitoring for various project of Construction Division. • Prepare Internal work, Claim and Change order Reports to SECTION Manager. • Provide clarifications scope of work between Original and Additional work to various sections. • Communicate with Operation and other Division functions during the preparation of the detailed budget. • Perform cost analysis and comparing actual cost with budget plan. • Perform analysis of actual against budget of assigned projects and take corrective actions • Review the detailed construction progress of the project to ensure full adherence to work plans within agreed budget and resources. • Provide support to Prepare regular monthly reports and reviews of projects cost performance, providing all concerned parties with regular feedback and advice. • Issue sale invoices to inter-companies monthly Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None Workplace Area: Bangpakong, Chachoengsao Working Hour: 8:00-17:45(Mon-Fri, Sat: Average 1-2 Saturdays/month)

Qualifications

Age 25-35 years
Any gender
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related field
Minimum 2 years of experiences in related job function (Cost Engineer) from Oil & Gas or EPC or Construction business.
Strong knowledge of Cost Management.
Conversational middle level in English *Interview in English
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate is advantage.
