Job DescriptionsKey Responsibilities are:
•Knowledge of documentation requirements and accurate and complete documentation for international shipments terms and acceptable payment and mode of shipment for assigned countries.
•Service all assigned customers, working to resolve problems or service issues they may occur
•Monitoring direct and indirect material inventory control to maintain stock properly and efficiently
•Coordinating the movement of goods from one country to another, involves working with Manufacturer, freight forwarders, carriers and customs brokers to ensure timely and efficient transportation.
•Create purchase order and review material inventory to bring the correct information.
•Coordinate with concerned section for all relevant and solve problems with all concerns.
•Coordinate necessary documents, Supply Chain reports and KPI by monthly or as assigned.
•Manage export sales and distribution in assigned area in order to assure value and volume targets are met.
•Build, develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients to ensure business in progress.
•Working closely with key distributors for business development, having sufficient inventory to cover the business on their local country.
•Giving feedback on any complaints from customers and take actions with proper manners.
•Handle issue of packing design & convey customers' requirement to supplier and in return.
•Coordinate with internal and external departments for related issues.
