Job Descriptions
- Perform the roles as a partner to the business by implement strategic functions which aligns to the business' goals and able to contribute to the development and the accomplishment of the organization plans and objectives. - Utilize the knowledge and skills to promote people's interests for organizational successes. - Expertise in all functions of counselling by applying in-depth knowledge to identify and diagnose the emotional problems of employees and suggest suitable solution with a provision of continuous feedback. - Discovering sources of manpower and employing manpower in adequate numbers to facilitate the selection of efficient working force in an organization. - Training and developing employees to extend their capacities and knowledge. - Involve conveying meaningful information to the employees. - Work towards bettering the relations among the employees, as well as between the employees and the management. - Focuses on improving the performance of the organization, employees and various other services. - Policy recommendations to help streamlining management practices and reduce employee grievances. - Analyze benchmark on compensation and benefit for employees. - Develop employees in their career path. - Team building.
Qualifications
  1. Knowledgeable about the design and redesign of work systems to complement the efficient workplace
  2. Able to understand overall strategic business plan and objectives
  3. Business-minded, knowledgeable about finance and accounting
  4. Cost reductions
  5. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  6. Counselling skills
  7. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration or Related Field
  8. Minimum 10 years of experience in HR role
  9. Expertise in HR Management in Manufacturing will be advantage
  10. Self motivation and motive others
  11. Be pro-active
  12. Female
