Job Descriptions1.Daily administrative affairs management:
-Responsible for the promotion, implementation and supervision of the company's rules and regulations, and maintaining the authority of the company's rules and regulations;
-Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the company's fixed assets management system, including the procurement, use and management of fixed assets;
-Responsible for the company's communication management and the maintenance and management of daily office equipment and facilities;
-Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the company’s guest reception procedures and standards;
-Responsible for arranging daily maintenance of the company's office environment;
-Responsible for the purchase and daily management of the company’s office supplies, gifts, daily necessities and other items.
2.Document and file management:
-Assist leader in drafting work plans, summaries, plans, resolutions, and reports, and organize the drafting of administrative documents issued in the name of the enterprise;
-Timely handle the receipt, opening, registration, reporting, circulation, and follow-up of various contracts, official documents, letters, telegrams, reports and other written materials, and do a good job of organizing and archiving them.
3.Security Management: Responsible for the company's security work, liaison with security companies, and ensuring the safety of company personnel and property.
4.Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership
