Job Descriptions1. Collect, sort, and statistic employee attendance data for the company, ensuring accurate attendance records. Regularly maintain and manage the attendance system, handle employee attendance abnormalities such as leave, tardiness, early departure, and absenteeism, and follow up on related approval procedures.
2. Calculate employee salaries based on attendance data, including basic salary, performance salary, overtime pay, various allowances, etc., ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of salary calculation. Responsible for various social insurance, individual income tax, performance, etc. reporting and management.
3. Develop and continuously improve the salary and welfare policies, prepare and analyze various salary-related reports, such as salary ledger, salary cost analysis report, etc., providing data support for company decision-making.
4. Establish salary files, be responsible for the confidentiality of employee salary information, and properly manage various salary materials.
5. Assist other business modules in human resource work or other temporary tasks assigned by the leader.
