Job Descriptions
- Support the development and implementation of engineering and operational strategies. - Understand strategic business needs and shape requirements based on industry trends and new technologies. - Align costing and budgeting initiatives with organizational strategic goals. - Develop detailed cost estimates for projects, equipment, and operations. - Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects. - Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor - Master Degree of Engineering in Mechanical / Industrial / Materials / Metallurgical / Automotive / Mechatronics / Electronic / Electrical / Robotic & Automation or Business administration and related fields.
  2. At least 1-3 years experience of strategic planning in Automotive part industry.
  3. Excellent analytical, plan future manufacturing programs to obtain maximum value from production resources
  4. Understanding of work standards, manuals, and regulations such as IATF 16949, ISO14001, and others.
  5. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
  6. Good command in English language
