Job Descriptions
1.ติดต่อหน่วยงานราชการ
2.วางแผนจัดฝึกอบรมพนักงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกตามแผน
3.ยื่นเอกสารกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน
4.ปฐมนิเทศพนักงานใหม่
5.ประสานงานการฝึกอบรมระหว่างแผนกต่างๆ
6.จัดทำ Training Road Map ประจำปี
7.จัดทำ Skill Matrix แต่ละแผนกและจัดอบรมตามแผน
8.งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- จบปริญญาตรี สาขาภาษาจีนหรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สื่อสารภาษาจีนได้เป็นอย่างดี HSK4-6
- มีภาวะผู้นำ
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม Ms Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- มีความกล้าแสดงออก กล้าสื่อสารพูดคุย และมีไหวพริบในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
- สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
