Job Descriptions

Working day: Mon – Fri (Alternate Sat ปีนึงไม่เกิน 6 เสาร์ ) 8.00-17.30 - Monitor and identify existing technical service issues and provide improved solutions - Collect and analyse customer issues and reasons for complaints, then develop plans to mitigate them - Supervise and monitor the performance of all technical service personnel. - Monitor the adequacy of maintenance spares and equipment requirements and ensure that the purchase order is executed in accordance with the Procurement Department purchasing schedule. - Lead and control the performance of the team. Qualifications

Thai National
Vocational Education or higher in Electrical Engineering or other relevant technical education is required.
Minimum 10 years of previous work experiences in field technical service, field engineering service as supervising level
Planning skill/experience to design new operation (looking for manager who to transform the operation)
Travel to overseas countries as required.
Good command in Thai and English, both spoken and written skills
