Job Descriptions
WeedeN is a leading retail company in Thailand dedicated to providing enthusiasts with high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. We are a retail chain with 15+ dispensaries in Thailand (9 in Koh Samui and 7 in Phuket). With a focus on education, innovation, and community engagement, we aim to set the standard for excellence in the industry. We are currently looking for a Property Scout who is experienced in the local real estate market and can help us expand our business while finding the best locations. The main priority for this role is to conduct site visits and gather information. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct site visits and inspections to assess the condition and suitability of properties. - Collaborate with property owners to gather information on available properties. - Prepare detailed reports and presentations on potential properties. - Assist in negotiating rental agreements. Qualifications: - Able to speak English and Thai. - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate, in commercial property is a plus. - Experience working with brokers, agents, and property owners to gather information about available properties. - Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills with stakeholders, brokers, real estate agents, property owners. We offer: - Work format: Working from Home and Field work. - Reimbursement of transportation costs. - 14 days of paid vacation. - Base salary. - Provident Fund. - Commissions.
Qualifications
  1. Able to speak English and Thai.
  2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate, in commercial property is a plus.
  3. Experience working with brokers, agents, and property owners to gather information about available properties.
  4. Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills with stakeholders, brokers, real estate agents, property owners.
