Job Descriptions
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and courteous manner. - Provide information on products and services, troubleshoot issues, and offer guidance to ensure customer satisfaction. - Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions that align with company policies and standards. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions using customer service software. - Identify recurring issues and communicate with relevant departments for improvements. - Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and that they are satisfied with the service. - Stay informed about company products, promotions, and procedures to better assist customers.
Qualifications
  1. Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  5. Proficiency with customer service software, databases, and tools.
  6. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
  7. If you have a TOEIC score of 550 or higher, it will be considered an advantage (candidates without a TOEIC score are also welcome to apply).
