Our company is expanding and looking for a Production Manager with expertise in managing production processes and knowledge of artificial flowers or IKEA-related products to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our production quality. If you have strong skills in managing production processes, experience in related industries, and the ability to improve operations for better efficiency, we want you on our team! 1. Oversee all manufacturing process including production planning, scheduling 2. Monitor production metrics, improve efficiency and reduce waste 3. Manage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and finished products are stored and handled properly 4. Drive business goals of the company in terms of sales turn over, quality and delivery 5. Manage employee plan (including hiring, training & performance management) 6. Execute Strategic plan, Productivity up, manpower utilization, including coordinate with other related departments to obtain the maximum efficiency, and profitability (P/L) to the company 7. Set Short/Long term business goals 8. Prepare status reports and production achieve rate 9. Report production performance to management 10. Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Product Design, or related fields
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing management or production role
Knowledge of IKEA's manufacturing standards and processes
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong production management skill
Good command in English
Strong leadership and management skills
