Job Descriptions

- Setting SOP/WI of Import Customs Clearance for the company - Lead and manage Import Customs Team, which consists of 4 persons - Coordinate with overseas suppliers and deal about shipping documentation and shipping schedule for Import shipment - Arrange Import Plan and update to concerned party - Contact with carrier for Arrival Notice, Paying Local Charge and process any paperwork in order to Exchange D/O - Submit all the expense related to Importation to Finance team - Booking haulage with Trucking Team - Key-In and Submit Import Declaration to Customs system - Coordinate with BOI team If the shipment need to be used BOI privilege - Prepare all the document related to customs clearance to Shipping (Messenger) - Coordinate with W/H team planning to move the laden container to factory for un-loading the goods - Summarize and collect original receipt and send to Finance team - Solve any issue related to Import Customs Clearance, if needs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics Management or related field
Good command of both written and spoken English or Chinese would be advantage
Able to explain in English a complex thing related to Customs Protocol to top management understanding
At least 7-8 years of Experience in Import operation and customs clearance
Ability to make a decision to use H.S. Code for any goods or product
Proficiency in Customs regulations, Trade Compliance, strategic planning and operation software
Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills, organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Holding Customs Broker License (Thai: ตัวแทนออกของ) or Customs specialist License (Thai: ผู้ชำนาญการศุลกากร) will be an advantaged
