Qualifications
- Proven experience in yacht charter sales, management, or luxury hospitality, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
- Strong sales skills, with the ability to engage clients, close deals, and upsell additional services.
- Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail in managing logistics and operations.
- Client-focused with exceptional communication skills, able to work closely with guests, Vendors, and crew.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by charter schedules.
- Passion for luxury yachting and a commitment to delivering the highest level of guest satisfaction.
