Job Descriptions
- Lead and drive customer service team - Strategic planning, managing KPI and drive team performance and development plan - Analyze root cause and develop the action plan. - Manage, train and coach teams and ensure that their performance met established monitoring standards - Ensure smooth running of daily processes to meet service level agreement - Prepares team performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends - Coordinate with other related teams
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree or higher in any related fields
  2. Minimum 7 years experience as Customer service or Technical support Manager
  3. Has strong in analytical, and problem-solving. Good management and communication skills.
  4. Good command of written and spoken English
  5. Good service mind with the ability to handle customer's complaint and inquiry
  6. Coordinating skills and able to prioritize tasks
