Job Descriptions
• Daily recruitment of platform VJ / Union and training and management of platform VJ / Union daily affairs. • Responsible for the docking and management of VJ / Union, and maintain a good union ecology. • Responsible for maintaining the relationship between the platform, the top VJ, and improving the retention and stability of the union and the VJ. • Follow up various live activities, analyze the VJ and union data, and provide effective content for the development of the VJ and union. • According to the business development situation, formulate the operation strategy of the the VJ and union to help improve the professionalism and revenue ability of the VJ and union.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or above, more than 2 years experience in internet operation, VJ and union management and BD operation.
  2. Possess strong communication skills, negotiation skills, clear logic in analyzing problems, and take the initiative to undertake work.
  3. Good data analysis ability, data and result-oriented.
  4. Strong ability to withstand pressure and a strong sense of responsibility.
  5. Have certain content union resources, good at mining high-quality unions, data and systematic operation awareness are preferred.
  6. Excellent Chinese or English listening, speaking reading and writing skills, can be used as a working language is preferred.
