Job Descriptions

- Receive CI/PL from W/H team and check the accuracy of the paperwork - Submit Export Declaration and Goods Control List for all type transportation into Customs system via NETBAY program - Send Goods Control List to Trucking team in order to Gate-in Laden container at Loading port - Follow-up 0409 status of Export Declaration and provide to BOI team for submit BOI privilege on time - Contact with relevant party relating to Export Customs Clearance to solve any issue e.g. Customs Department, Freight Forwarder, Trucking vendor - Processing “Return the container back from Customs custody” (Thai: ตรวจรับกลับคืน) - Processing “Post Review” (Thai: การแก้ไขใบขนสินค้าฯหลังการตรวจปล่อย) - Any assignment from Team Leader - This position is entitled to Work From Home 50% and Work At Office 50% or depending on assignment by Team Leader

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics Management or related field
Good command of both written and spoken English
2-3 years of Experience in Export customs clarence and operation
Understanding of customs compliance and trade compliance regulations
Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate with foreign colleagues
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Holding Customs Broker License (Thai: ตัวแทนออกของ) will be an advantaged
Able to work 12 hrs per day (work 1 day/off work 1 day) and/or work at night shift
