Job Descriptions

1.Analyze the production process to identify areas that can be improved and increased efficiency. 2.Design and operate systems to increase productivity and reduce waste. 3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve production processes. 4.Conduct a time study and process simulation to evaluate operational efficiency. 5.Develop and maintain documentation of process design, standards, and procedures. 6.Use statistics and data analysis to drive decision making. 7.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions as needed. 8.Train and mentor employees on best practices in industrial engineering and process improvement.

Qualifications

Male, age 25 years and above
Bachelor and above .Major in Industrial Engineering or related .
Proficient in using office software.
industrial engineer with experience working in the medical device manufacturing industry or other related industries will receive special consideration
Has a lean manufacturing certificate / 6sigma / black belt
Team management/leadership skills
