Ensuring that products or services meet established quality standards and customer expectations, improving processes, troubleshooting quality issues, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality Assurance: • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and testing procedures. • Ensure products meet company and regulatory standards with suitable qualification activity. 2. Problem-Solving: • Analyze defects and identify root causes. • Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). 3. Process Improvement: • Optimize manufacturing or operational processes to reduce defects and increase efficiency. • Utilize methodologies like Lean, Quality tools 4. Documentation: • Maintain detailed records, including inspection reports, process documentation, and compliance certificates. 5. Collaboration: • Work closely with customer and cross-functional teams to ensure quality requirements are met. 6. Testing and Inspection: • Perform regular product testing and inspections. • Oversee calibration of testing equipment. Key Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with quality tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, control charts). • Knowledge of relevant industry standards • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

Male/Female
Bachelors’ degree in Engineering or related field
็Have to experience working in QA/QC function
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of IWAY standards and Go/No-Go processes.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
