Job Descriptions1. Hires and trains quality assurance staff.
2. Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department.
3. Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
4. Supervise the Quality staff for all routine work
5. Manage the team to achieve and maintain the quality performance
6. Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and physical property prior to delivery.
7. Work with sale, production, warehouse, development and related section to set up the quality control system.
8. On-site investigation the quality problem with production team.
9. Review and disposition the critical quality issue.
10. Lead the team for customer complaints/claim and internal quality
issue analysis and drive the report
11. Participates in product/raw material testing.
12. Identifies and analyzes issues, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
13. Lead the team to maintain and improve all quality system.
14. Performs other duties as assigned.
