Job Descriptions
- Drive and conduct lead generation programs and outbound cold calls, using a provided list of leads. to achieve pipeline growth goals. - Partner with the sales & marketing team to generate leads. - Analysis and develop reports and dashboards tracking the KPIs. - Perform a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. - Partner with sales closely. Follow up with clients and arrange appointments. - Maintain and record the calling database completely in CRM. - Develop and improve the calling process, including script, mail, etc. - Handle online and offline meetings.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Communication, Information Management
  2. Must have at least 2+ years of Tele sales/marketing in IT product/partner team experience.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  4. Responsible for promoting new services and penetrating new market
  5. Advanced level in Microsoft Office, Lead Generation & CRM tools & Analytic
  6. Must be self-motivated, customer-obsessed, and have a high sense of ownership.
  7. Has the ability to work with a team and independently.
  8. Has the ability to build relationships via direct contact with people of all levels both internal and external.
  9. Required Language: Fluency in Thai and English
