Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals. Conduct research and provide actionable insights into customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions. Create and oversee the development of compelling marketing materials, ensuring each piece aligns with its intended objective. Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing efforts across all channels, using insights to optimize future strategies. Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns in collaboration with creative teams, ensuring high ROI and engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred (preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates).
At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, strategy, or related roles. New graduate with a strong relevant academic background may also be considered.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret metrics and translate them into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
Proficient in English
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager), and key performance metrics.
A creative problem solver with a customer-centric mindset and an eye for detail.
