Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities: Control Production Efficiency (Bekido) and Yield (Ckokko) Ratio: Monitor and optimize production efficiency and yield ratios to meet performance targets. Process Improvement: Focus on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, including daily control, change control, and abnormal control. Employee Management: Oversee employee performance and ensure adherence to production standards and procedures. Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly reports to the manager on production performance, including efficiency, yield, and other key metrics. Activity Management: Implement and support activities such as TPS (Toyota Production System), Kaizen, QCC (Quality Control Circle), and other continuous improvement programs.
Qualifications
  1. Male, aged 30 years or older
  2. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering or related fields)
  3. At least 5 years of experience in production supervisor.
  4. Strong communication and coordination skills with relevant departments
  5. Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  6. Work Experiences with TOYOTA business ,The process with NC Late. Pressing, Arc Welding ,Assembly, etc.
